The Purple Star Award recognizes a school's major commitment to serving students and families with a connection to our nation's military. Ohio's military-connected youth require support to ensure their unique academic, social, and emotional needs are met to be successful while transitioning between schools. The Purple Star Award signifies a school's commitment to serving these students.
Bethel Local Schools would like to congratulate Barrett Swope, our High School Principal, as well as Molly Weideman and Katherine Bourelle, our Guidance Counselors for their incredible work in earning this award!
