Mrs. Liz Sonnanstine of the Tipp City Rotary Club recently brought all 1st Grade students with a copy of "Josh, The Baby Otter," by Blake Collingsworth. This book promotes water safety for children and includes an activity book. As spring and summer approach, water safety is an important topic for students of this age.
