Bethel Local Schools - Educate with Excellence

Bethel Families, The Bethel Athletic Booster's earn the majority of their funds through concession profits. The funds are used to support Bethel athletic programs. The '20/'21 season was difficult with limited attendance to events, but we were still able to support some of our programs. Last year the boosters helped fund the Hall of Fame wall, baseball equipment, improvements to the Jr. High gym and the Community Hog Roast. Without volunteers in our concessions, we are unable to raise money to help athletic programs or guarantee concessions are open for events. We ask each athlete's parent/guardian to work 2 slots per player per sport. The slots are typically 2-3 hours and can be done at any time during the season. Currently for fall, we have 142 slots available to fill. Volunteering at concessions is not difficult and can be lots of fun! Thank you for your support! As we ease back into the school year, we wanted to share a few reminders concerning parent drop off/pick up guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation as these guidelines are for the safety and security of our children. If you have any questions, please contact the elementary office. +Doors open and student arrival begins at 8:05am +Students can go to their classrooms at 8:30. +Tardy bell is at 8:45. +If parents are changing a student's dismissal transportation, they need to call the office no later than 2:30. +If parents are picking their child up for an appointment, they need to pick up by 2:45, or wait until regular dismissal time. +Parents that are picking up students at dismissal must come through the pick-up line.
