The first days of school for Bethel Local Schools are the following: - Grades 1-12 - Wednesday, August 24th -Young 5's and Kindergarten - Friday, August 26th If you have seen any information saying that students are to report tomorrow, August 18th, please disregard that information as it only pertains to the Bethel Tate School District. Class List Information! Class Lists will be available inside of the elementary vestibule, door 2, starting Thursday, August 18th. The doors will be open during office hours, which are 7:30am-3pm Monday through Friday. If you are unable to make it during office hours, keep an eye out for a welcome email from your student's teacher on Friday, August 19th. If you haven't received an email by Monday, August 23rd, we will have a table with class lists available at open house from 6-7pm. Please make sure your Final Forms is up-to-date ASAP! Even if your child attended Bethel last year, you will need to log in and update their forms. #BethelLegacy

Food Service Update! Lunch prices for the 2022-2023 School Year: -High/Middle School - $2.75 -Elementary School - $2.50 -Milk - $0.50 What has changed? The National School Lunch Program waiver that provided free meals to all students due to the pandemic expired over the summer. What does that mean? Lunch will no longer be free for everyone. Families must submit a meal application to qualify for free lunches during the 2022-2023 school year. What to do. Every family is encouraged to fill out the free/reduced meals application, available on the district website. Applications are confidential! If you would like to fill out an application, they can be found here: https://5il.co/vpib Parents can add money to their student's lunch account by sending it in an envelope with their student's name, ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed, or by adding it online through Payschools Central. Payschools Central allows parents to add money, check their student's balance, and even see what their student is purchasing at any time online! Attention Parents! The Clinic will be open on Thursday, August 11th from 6-8PM for medication drop off for any student who will need prescription and/or emergency medication throughout the school year. All medication authorization forms are on the Bethel website under the Clinic tab, and must be signed by a physician and parent. If you wish for your child to have over the counter medication such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen in the clinic this school year, authorization must be signed on Final Forms. The clinic will be closed on the night of open house. If a parent is unable to attend on 8/11, please bring the medication to the clinic on the first day of school.
